When we re-opened the Library we wanted to create a place filled with books, fun and friends. So we decided that the perfect way to do this would be to have a brand new Coffee Shop in the Library where all our members could enjoy a drink and some company as much as the books they borrow. And now our all new Shenstone Library Coffee shop is the perfect place to meet friends, and enjoy a Coffee and a slice of homemade cake!
Whether you’re popping in to borrow a book, take a look at our all new Art Gallery or your looking for a great Cafe Stop for your Saturday morning bike ride. We’d love to welcome you to Shenstone Library Coffee Shop.

Our Coffee
We’re delighted and privileged to be selling Shenstone’s very own Shining Stone Coffee in our Coffee Shop.
Founded in 2016 in the village itself, Shining Stone Coffee is a local roastery located in Shenstone owned and operated by members of our very own library.
With a fantastic selection of beautiful home-roasted blends available both to drink and buy, you won’t be disappointed when you pop in for a cup.
Our Cakes
All our yummy cakes served in our Coffee Shop are homemade and vary from day to day. So one day you might find a classic Victoria Sponge, and the next it could be a Chocolate Fudge cake and a selection of flapjacks.
We always have a fantastic selection of cakes with 4-5 available each day that the Coffee Shop is open. What makes our cakes extra special is that they are all baked by our wonderful volunteers, without whom, there would be no cakes for us to indulge in.
We’re always on the lookout for more ‘Star Bakers’ so if you’d like to donate some cakes to sell in our Coffee Shop we’d love to here from you. If you let us know your details, someone from the Café will be in touch to discuss our CakeTable (Cake timetable!) with you.
